Tracker Mailing List Tool

Tracker has been developed to help create and target mailing lists to customer databases and to track and record any response received from them. Tracker is a mailing list and report generator, developed by Web Applications, that is designed to complement the Traveller product but may also be linked with any other third party products. Tracker may be closely linked with Traveller, providing two way links and updates between the two systems. This enables the user to report on Tracker data from within the Traveller report generator. It may also be linked to other external sources for reporting. The Tracker product enhances the ability of the user to extract useful data from Traveller, or any third party product, via the setting up of mailing list and reports. Tracker contains a range of search criteria that can be used when building a dataset. Costs may also be allocated to various mailing sources to enable users to calculate the return on investment. The ‘Quick Report’ functionality within Tracker enables the user to analyse and output data either graphically or into MS Excel. Reports are created according to the desired parameters.

The ‘Drilldown’ report functionality enables the user to see a graphical view of their data within the system. For multiple returns, only the top seven are returned and displayed on screen. The information is shown as both a percentage of the total (shown in the box above) and as an absolute value. The user can continue to drill down or change their selection until they are happy with their representation of the data.
