Nick and Cheryl had a great night in London for the Globe Travel Awards. This was a huge event with over 1000 people and Web Applications UK was very pleased to have been able to attend. A number of notable guests were present for the event including the comedian Jimmy Carr who provided much entertainment as he performed his duties as the host for the evening. The opening act was a dance group called Flawless and the cast of Les Miserables performed three songs from the musical (for X Factor lovers Rebecca Ferguson was also spotted).

On a more business note, we were very happy to see several of our clients at the event including Attraction World, GRJ and Treyn Holidays, and Hoseasons. Attraction World had the esteemed pleasure of sponsoring the wine for the night and we were very proud to see a number of our clients nominated for various awards. We also want to send a special ‘hello’ to Michelle Betley Jones who was one of our tablemates.
