Come off at junction 21 of the M60
At the mini roundabout take the third exit onto Broadgate
At the ligths turn left onto Broadway (A663)
Continue north until you reach the A627(M) and leave the dual carriage way up the ramp to the left
At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Chadderton Way (A627)
Follow Directions from Chadderton Way below...

Directions from M62
Come off at junction 20 of the M62 (Rochdale)
Turn off the roundabout onto the A627(M) towards Oldham
Follow the A627(M) until the end of the motorway section and take the slip road left up to the Broadway roundabout
Take the second exit onto Chadderton Way (A627)

Directions from M60 northbound
Come off at junction 22 of the M60
Turn right onto Manchester Road (A62), and cross back over the motorway
Continue onto Manchester Street (A62)
At the roundabout, take the third exit onto the A627, and stay in the right hand lane
Bear right and join Oldham Way (A62)

Continue over the roundabout onto Oldham Way (A627)
